The Study covers employment serving agencies supporting people experiencing barriers to employment.

Summary

  • 75%: It takes 2 or more consultations with their clients before employment counselors can determine a good job/career fit for them
  • 46%: It takes a year or more to place their clients into a meaningful job or career path
  • 28%: are in organizations supporting between 1 to 100 clients annually
